Australian and New Zealand senior care software provider Health Metrics has acquired Uniti Software from home care provider Integratedliving.
Uniti software was developed by the Ballarat District Nursing Society after identifying the need to better manage the customer journey and information and improve reporting.
The Clinical Client Information Management System can manage multiple funding sources and offers powerful planning tools, detailed reporting, and online and offline mobile capabilities to capture and track critical point-of-care information.
Uniti Software’s capabilities in primary, home and community care complement the existing Health Metrics suite, Health Metrics said in a statement.
Health Metrics CEO Steven Strange said he was delighted to have the Uniti Software team on board.
“This is an important piece of the strategic puzzle that enables Health Metrics to provide a continuum of care to consumers,” said Strange.
“The real winners of this transaction are Uniti customers. They will now be part of a larger tech group with a broad offering, ”Strange said.
The acquisition of Uniti Software adds 73 customers to the portfolio of more than 245 Health Metrics customers in Australia and New Zealand.
